Roger and Deb have been farming for their entire adult lives. Roger still runs the bean planter, combines corn in the fall and sprays field fences to keep the weeds in check. Deb retired after more than 25 years at the MoHawk Cleaners in New Hampton. She is now in charge of being a grandma and helping Roger when needed.

They have been married for 53 years. Their family consists of Bruce, Brain, Kris, and Brandon. They have ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Bruce and Leasa have farmed in Chickasaw and Floyd counties since 1998. Bruce and Leasa both attended Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. Bruce received a degree in Finance and Leasa a degree in Biology.

Prior to his current position, he held the position of Vice President of Agricultural and Commercial lending at First Bank in Waverly for 9 years. Bruce has previous experience managing a 5,000-acre row crop and 1,400-sow farrow to finish operation. Leasa is an occupational therapist and works at Mercy One in New Hampton.
Kyle graduated from Iowa State University in 2023, majoring in Ag Technology Systems, and has been helping us for four years while going to school.
Kyle has his own ground that he farms using Lantzky Farms equipment. Kyle plans to come back to the operation and work full time upon graduation and continue to add acres to his operation. Kyl

This site is the legal entity of our 2,000-head finishing unit. It is owned by Bruce and Leasa. This is the base of our operation, which includes soybean and equipment storage. The manure from this site provides us with a steady fertilizer supply for nearby farms that are in continuous corn.
This site is the legal entity of a 2,480-head finishing unit completed in the summer of 2007. It is owned by Bruce and Leasa. This facility is located on a 240-acre parcel of owned ground. This finishing unit also provides the needed manure to fertilize a continuous corn crop for many years. We also have our corn drying and storage facility at this site, along with equipment storage.
